Our consultations are always free. The process begins with basic power of attorney paperwork that allows the attorney to obtain the claims file directly from the VA electronic system. the attorney will read the file and contact the veteran to discuss strategy and a plan for the case at that point, the veteran makes the decision to proceed with representation. if the veteran desires representation, a fee agreement is proposed. 

There is no obligation during the consultation process. we only get paid on a contingency basis out of back pay, never future pay. in other words, we work for free until back pay is generated.
